Healthy vegetable soup with chick peas

Recipe Ingredients for veg soup

1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
500 g zucchini
250 g green beans
200 g chick peas
600 ml water

Recipe Directions for veg soup

  1. Dry fry the onion and garlic unitl soft but not coloured.

  2. Add other chopped veg and water.

  3. Cook until soft then blend until smooth.
