Recipe Ingredients for veg ragu

1 eggplant
5 White Potatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper
10 mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
2 small zuchinni
680 ml tomatoe sauce
1/2 cup sunflower oil

Recipe Directions for veg ragu

  1. brown all veggies in oil

  2. add tom sauce and simmer

  3. bake approx 30-40 min
