Recipe Ingredients for Veg Lasagne

4 cup Spinach
18 pc Lasagna Noodles
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
0.67 cup, chopped Onions
2.5 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
350 grams Cheese Cheddar Medium Light
7 clove Garlic
16 oz Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Veg Lasagne

Par boil the noodles, layer the veggies & cheese. Cover with a layer of freshly blended tomato sauce. Bake for 45-55 mins at 350 degrees
