Recipe Ingredients for veg. gulasch

150 g Soya Chunks Dried
400 g bell pepper
400 g Carrots
400 g potatoes
400 g tomatoes
3 onions
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tsp broth
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp marmite

Recipe Directions for veg. gulasch

  1. marinate soya chunks in .5l water, soy sauce, marmite broth and spices

  2. cut up onions, fry together with soya chunks

  3. add cut up vegetables

  4. season to taste
