Recipe Ingredients for Veg Chili

1 1/2 green pepper
1 Zucchini
1 Carrot
1 bunch broccoli
1 onion
540 ml Garbanzo Beans
896 ml stewed tomatoes
398 ml kidney beans
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Veg Chili

  1. Heat olive oil and add garlic

  2. Chop veggies and add to oil

  3. Stir in canned tomatoes and beans

  4. Spice with cumin, cayenne, and chili powder to taste
