Recipe Ingredients for Veg and bean soup

1 large potato, boiled
4 large carrots, boiled
2 medium onions, fried
420 g peas,canned
420 g beans in tomato sauce,canned
420 g chick peas,canned
1 pint beef stock
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup brocolli, boiled

Recipe Directions for Veg and bean soup

Fry onions until soft and add to boiled vegetables and spices,liquidise. Then add mushy peas, mixed beans in tomato sauce and a tin of chick peas.
