Recipe Ingredients for Veal Ragout

0.36 kg veal
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp olive oil
4 carrots
4 stalks celery
1 red pepper
1 yellow onion
500 ml chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Veal Ragout

  1. Cut veal.

  2. Flour and sautee in a bit of oil.

  3. Cut vegetables and sautee in the pan.

  4. Add chicken broth. Cover and cook for at least 2 hours on the stovetop. Add water as required.
