Recipe Ingredients for Veal Curry

186 g onions
56 g ginger root
29 g garlic
10 g chillies
1 kg Veal
3 tsp chilli powder
3 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp garam masala
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Veal Curry

  1. Saute Sliced onions, diced ginger and garlic till light brown in color.

  2. Add spices and cook for a minute.

  3. Add cubed veal and brown.

  4. Once water from the veal emerges and veal is browned, add enough water to cover the tops of the meat.

  5. Cook till well done.
