3/8 cup rice
5 oz. ground veal
2 cups winter squash
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 tbs. smart balance
1/2 cup milk
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Veal Casserole

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Bake covered at 350 for 30-60 minutes.

  3. Uncover and bake further until cheese starts to brown.
