5 oz Veal, Cubed For Stew (Leg And Shoulder)
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove(3 g) Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Veal Adobo

Mince Onions and garlic and fry in spray oil until browned. Add cubed veal over the fried onion and garlic in the wok and wait until browned, turn over and add freshly ground pepper corns, splenda, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
