Recipe Ingredients for Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin cookies

1 cup raisins
3 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
4 tbsp Butter
2 oz Domino Dark Brown Sugar
2 oz Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, White
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 cup walnuts
1 1/2 mashed banana

Recipe Directions for Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin cookies

Heat oven to 350. Beat butter (soft), mashed banana and sugar on medium speed with elec mixer until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add pre-combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt into the mix well with mixer. Then with spoon mix in oats, walnuts and raisins. Drop dough in rounded tbsp size onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 miuntes or until golden brown.
