Recipe Ingredients for Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1/2 lb butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups Quaker Oats, dry
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup raisins
12 oz chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Heat oven 350 degrees F. Berat margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in oats and raisins. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop on pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Bar cookies: bake 30-35 minutes in 13x9 in pan.
