Modified from another recipe for 1/2 batch and with specific brand ingredients that I used.

Recipe Ingredients for Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - 1/2 batch

4 oz yogurt
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Splenda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3/8 cup flour
3/8 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
762 g old fashioned oats
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - 1/2 batch

  1. Mix yogurt, apple sauce, and sugars and mix until creamy.

  2. Add egg and vanilla and mix.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine and mix the dry ingredients except oats, raisins, and chocolate chips.

  4. Add dry mixture to wet. Mix in oatmeal (this should be 1 1/2 cups Old Wessex 5-Grain; used 762g for the calorie equivalent).

  5. Halve the mixture. Add raisins to one half and chocolate chips to the other. Mix and drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 mins at 350deg.
