Can substitute raisins for dried cranberries, if desired. Each cookie = 30g dough.

Recipe Ingredients for Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies

2 stick Margarine, Regular, Hard
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
3 cup, dry, yields Oats
1 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350.

  2. Combine flour, soda and salt; set aside.

  3. Beat margarine and sugars until creamy.

  4. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

  5. Add dry mixture to cream mixture and mix well.

  6. Stir in oats and cranberries; mix well.

  7. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

  8. Bake 10-12 min until golden brown. Remove.

  9. Cool 1 min and remove to wire rack.
