A simple vanilla (or any other extract flavor you care for) soda, made with soda water or seltzer, extract and cane sugar. For those who can't tolerate corn syrup or agave (FODMAPs friendly)

Recipe Ingredients for Vanilla "Soda"

8 oz Seltzer
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Vanilla "Soda"

Be sure that the extract you use does NOT have corn syrup added - some "pure" vanilla extracts do! This is a little treat I allow myself since I can't have artificial sweeteners, honey, or agave. Just mix, add ice and drink. (Peppermint is nice! I've got lemon and orange extracts to try too!)
