I made 3 pudding pops. For Chocolate Pudding follow recipe except increase stevia to taste and add 1/3 cup cocoa or 2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2 oz) cut up.

Recipe Ingredients for Vanilla Pudding Sevia, arrowroot

1.5 oz Arrowroot Starch
4 tsp Light Sugar
2.25 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Vanilla Pudding Sevia, arrowroot

Mix all the ingredients but the milk and vanilla in a saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla
