vanilla pudding with strawberries bannas shredded wheat. sigh its close to the correct calories but a bit off. i think each serving will be about 150 calories. i couldnt put in light soy, also wouldnt let me add shredded wheat.. so i added yogurt to the recipe just to replace shredded wheat... do not use yogurt it is intended for shredded wheat

Recipe Ingredients for vanilla pudding

2 cups soymilk ( i use 8th continent light soy, vanilla 120 calories per 2 cups)
1/4 cup splenda
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 bananas
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup yogurt ( do not use yogurt. i use shredded wheat, at 1 1/4 cup for 170 calories.. i threw this in so the calories would input co

Recipe Directions for vanilla pudding

  1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat milk until bubbles form at edges. In a bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Pour into hot milk, a little at a time, stirring to dissolve. Continue to cook and stir until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Do not boil. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour into serving dishes. Chill before serving.

  2. In a bowl crush up the shredded wheat, add bannas, strawberries. Pour the pudding over them and then let it set
