High protein, low fat, low carb. Super healthy!

Recipe Ingredients for Vanilla Protein Brownies

3/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup soy flour
3 scoops whey protein
2 tbsp peanut flour (or almond flour)
1 tbsp Chia Seed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Vanilla Protein Brownies

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread into a non stick 88 baking dish.

  2. Bake at 350* F for 10-12 minutes. Cut into 6 massive bars, cool and ENJOY!
