Homemade vanilla granola - great for greek yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Vanilla Granola

4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Almonds Sliced Natural
4 oz Light Brown Sugar
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.33 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.25 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Vanilla Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300

  2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray

  3. Stir Oats, Almonds, Brown Sugar, Salt, and Cinnamon in large mixing bowl

  4. Combine Oil, Honey, and Sugar in small saucepan; bring to simmer over medium heat

  5. Remove from heat; stir in Vanilla

  6. Pour hot liquid over oat mixture; stir well

  7. Using hands, toss mixture until thoroughly mixed

  8. Spread granola onto prepared baking sheet

  9. Bake until golden brown, stirring occasionally ~30minutes
