Recipe Ingredients for Vanilla Cupcakes

3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
1.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.67 cup Butter
2 medium Egg, Whole
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.25 cup Milk, Fluid, 3.25% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Vanilla Cupcakes

  1. Cream butter and sugar.

  2. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and milk.

  3. Combine with dry ingredients.

  4. Spoon into muffin tin lined with cups.

  5. Bake 10-25 min. @ 350.
