Yummy vanilla muffins with a crispy cinnamon topping.

Recipe Ingredients for Vanilla Cinnamon Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup milk
6 T brown sugar
2 T butter
1 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Vanilla Cinnamon Muffins

Mix all ingredients minus the 6T brown sugar, 2T butter and 1t of cinnamon) together. Scoop into greased/buttered muffin tin. Mix remaining ingredients and crumble over batter and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 12 big muffins or 24 mini.
