Recipe Ingredients for Vanilla Chocolate Tofu Pudding

19 oz firm tofu - organic
6 1/5 oz semi sweet chocolate - organic
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Vanilla Chocolate Tofu Pudding

  1. Take on firm package of Tofu and blend/stir, you will have to continue to work it through.

  2. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla to mixture

  3. Then melt chocolate (2-3.3 oz of organic chocolate bars) in sauce pan

  4. Add melted chocolate to tofu and blend.

  5. Place in fridge to firm - over night for better results.

  6. You can place on a cookie sheet with curshed graham crackers or milled almonds or flax-seed for a crust.
