Recipe Ingredients for Vanilla Banana Smoothie

2 cups Silk vanilla soy milk
1 medium banana, frozen, sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Vanilla Banana Smoothie

  1. It's best to freeze a peeled banana overnight either sealed an plastic ziplock bag, or wrapped tightly in saran wrap.

  2. Chop the frozen banana into slices, place in blender. Add vanilla soy milk and blend until smooth.

  3. Top shake with cinnamon, enjoy cold!
