Recipe Ingredients for Vanilla, Apple & Berry Bircher Muesli

34 g oats, rolled 126cals
100 g Yoghurt, Vanilla Fat free 40cals
32 ml Milk, fat free 12 cals
40 g Green apple, grated 20 cals
50 g Berries, to serve 30 cals
5 g Honey, to serve 18cals

Recipe Directions for Vanilla, Apple & Berry Bircher Muesli

  1. Combine Oats, yoghurt and skim milk together in a bowl and cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 1 hour.

  2. When ready to eat add grated apple and mix. Then add mixed berries on top and a drizzle honey to serve.
