1/4 c rolled oats
1/2 c water
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/4 c low fat milk
1/2 g sucralose (no calorie sweetener)
3 almonds, chopped

Recipe Directions for Vanilla Almond Oatmeal

  1. bring water to boil in small saucepan

  2. add rolled oats and cook 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached

  3. add cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and splenda to oatmeal, stir

  4. serve in bowl with milk, almonds
