5 chicken legs, organic
1 mango, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cilantro

Recipe Directions for Vanessa's Spicy Baked Chicken legs

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. panfry mango and onions in oil, allow onions to soften

  3. add chicken broth, cornstarch, chili sauce and cilantro

  4. arrange chicken in a square pyrex dish

  5. one sauce starts to thicken, remove from heat

  6. cover chicken in sauce

  7. bake until an internal temp of 165 is reached

  8. allow to cool for 5 minutes

  9. serve
