5 baby carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cooking spray
4 tsp chicken bullion granules
4 cups water
1/4 cup miso paste
2 tsp soy sauce
4 wakame

Recipe Directions for Vanessa's Miso Soup

  1. heat sunflower oil in a pot

  2. sautee onions, carrots and mushrooms until soft

  3. mix in remainder of ingredients

  4. heat for 10 minutes

  5. serve
