Recipe Ingredients for Vanessa's homemade Lasagna

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup water
5 oz ricotta
3 oz plain fat-free yogurt
6 1/4 oz spinach
1/2 tsp garlic
1 1/8 oz turkey sausage
1 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
14 oz. tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Vanessa's homemade Lasagna

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. make pasta dough from combining flour and water, add more water if necessary

  3. roll out noodles using a pasta press

  4. combine all ingredients except the sauce, the mozzarella and the parm

  5. place a few tbsp of sauce on the bottom of a pyrex pan

  6. layer noodles then cheese/sauce

  7. top with remaining sauce and the mozzarella and parm

  8. bake for 30 minutes

  9. allow to cool

  10. serve
