nice Autumn treat. Please note: the nutritionals are not totally correct. The calories will be correct, but because I could not find unsweetened hemp milk on here, I subbed in sweetened almond milk with the same amount of calories. The protein per serving actually is 3.2 g. and the sugar should be 8.7 g.

Recipe Ingredients for Vanessa's Fresh Fig and Walnut Muffins

2 large figs, fresh, finely chopped
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup hemp milk, unsweeted
1 medium egg, beaten
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tsp nutmeg
