Recipe Ingredients for Val's healthy chile

5 serving Ground Turkey Lean
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 cup Onions
4 cloves, raw Garlic
6.5 cup Roma Style Tomatoes
3 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 serving tomato sauce organic trader joes
1 serving organic red kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Val's healthy chile

Saute Green bell pepper and onion for about 2 minutes. Add to pot with 2 lg cans of tomato puree, 1 sm can of tomatoe sauce, 1 lg can of diced tomatoes, 2 cans dark red kidney beans, 1 can of black beans. stir. Brown 1 pkg. jennie o ground turkey in saute pan. Once browned add to pot with sauce. Brown 4- 8 cloves crushed or chopped garlic for about 2 minutes. add to pot. Now add 2-3 bay leave, 1 tbls basil, 2 tbls oregano, and 4-6 tbls of chile powder. stir and let simmer for 1-3 hours.
