I created this meal while i was on the Daniel Fast. It's super easy & quick! My husband added a drizzle of honey to his. I placed the leftovers in the fridge and it was even better cold!

Recipe Ingredients for Val's Baked Oatmeal

3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
24 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 cup Applesauce unsweetened
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon table salt

Recipe Directions for Val's Baked Oatmeal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Transfer to an 13 x 9-inch baking dish that has been lightly rubbed with olive oil. Pour oatmeal mixture into dish and bake 45-50 minutes or until slightly browned and crispy on top. After cooling, cut into 15 even pieces.
