40 g honey
40 g molasses
33.66 ml egg white
68.34 ml egg yolk
208 ml water

Recipe Directions for Valerie's Jan 30 Bread Recipe

  1. Mix dry ingredients, except dry milk and yeast

  2. Mix eggs/yolks with water, beat with fork

  3. Pour egg/water into machine

  4. Add dry milk

  5. Add oil, honey and molasses

  6. Add flour

  7. Make well for yeast

  8. Set Machine to Whole Wheat, Rapid, 2lb-loaf

  9. Add toasted oats (20g) to machine at beep
