Recipe Ingredients for Valenciana

1 cup glutinous rice
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
5 g lemongrass (tbsp)
1 egg
1/4 cup raisins
50 grams chicken
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 bell pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon oil
100 grams pork liver

Recipe Directions for Valenciana

  1. Boil and cook sticky rice mixed with turmeric and Lemon grass

  2. Boil egg until fully cooked, set aside

  3. Saute onion and garlic in oil and add chicken

  4. Cook until tender then add liver, peas and bell pepper

  5. Stir fry

  6. Add water and cook without cover for 2 minutes

  7. Add cooked rice and raisins

  8. stir fry until rice is water has evaporated and rice has the consistency of fried rice

  9. Add black pepper to taste
