Pretty much the items I currently have in my fridge that I wanted to use up to make something healthy, delicious and filling!

Recipe Ingredients for Vaguely Italian Vegetable Soup

1 cup, chopped(128 g) Carrots
12 grams Garlic
1 Serving Vegetable Stock
0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp Butter
1 large Onions
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2.5 cup Tomatoes Diced

Recipe Directions for Vaguely Italian Vegetable Soup

Melt butter, fry onions and garlic. Add all the vegetables and potato cut up into small chunks. Add the canned tomatoes and the herbs/salt plus the vegetable (or meat) stock. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Serve, then grate a few tablespoons of parmesan cheese on top. Yum!
