Best attempt to immitate favorite wrap at a deli in DC

Recipe Ingredients for *V8 Wrap

1 whole wheat tortilla (large, spinach or tomato flavor work well too)
1/3 avocado, smashed (or 1/4 cup hummus)
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/4 sweet bell pepper, in thin strips
1 tablespoon sweet onion, chopped finely
1 tablespoon shredded carrot
1/2 cup compari tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber slices, chopped
1/4 cup black beans (drained and rinsed; any type of bean)

Recipe Directions for *V8 Wrap

Prepare ingredients. On tortilla spread avocado (or hummus to edges. Place remaining ingredients in center of tortilla. Fold bottom edge up about 2 inches, to form pocket, and wrap sides over like a burrito. Avocado or hummus on tortillal help to hold sides in place.
