Beef and veggie stew with v8 base.

Recipe Ingredients for V8 Stew

2 lbs. stew beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. olive oil
96 oz. V8 Juice
29 3/5 grams beef bouillon
2 carrots
1 cup corn
2 cups cabbage
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup broccoli
2 baking potatoes

Recipe Directions for V8 Stew

  1. Brown beef in olive oil w/ garlic powder over medium heat

  2. Add V8 juice and beef bouillon

  3. Add carrots, cook until slightly soft (15 min)

  4. Add corn, cook for 30 min

  5. Add cabbage, cook for 15 min

  6. Add remaining veggies cook for another 15-45 min

  7. add remaining ingredients
