This will make your day interesting. It is spicy hot and will burn calories for about 3 hours, add your cardio exercise to this and you will burn 25% more. I just call it V8 powerup I learned it from a Kung Fu master a former SEAL he called it "fire in the hole" tomorrow morning you will know why

Recipe Ingredients for V8 Powerup

8 oz Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice
1 serving alfalfa powder
4 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
10 clove Garlic
5 tbsp chopped Shallots
2 oz Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for V8 Powerup

  1. Fine chop garlic, chili, shallots

  2. Put it in a blender and blend until all ingredients are in puree
