i was kinda getting ready for a fast, so i was drinking naked and v8 low sodium...then i looked at the grade analysis thing, and realized i really wasn't getting enough fiber. sooo... (warning: don't eat unless you dont care what food looks like, you don't mind the texture, etc. it looks and sounds gross lol.)

Recipe Ingredients for v8 fiber mush

4 oz low sodium v8
1/2 cup fiber one original

Recipe Directions for v8 fiber mush

  1. mix together in bowl/cup.

  2. microwave for 30-60 seconds. (kinda makes it mushy faster i suppose)

  3. (OR)

  4. microwave v8 30-60 seconds.

  5. add cereal.
