Recipe Ingredients for V roll

1 egg
35 g Soya & Linseed
15 g feta
10 g sun dried tomato
1/2 tbs mayonnaise
1/2 cup baby spinach

Recipe Directions for V roll

  1. Whisk one egg and pour into hot fry pan.

  2. While frying add crumbled feta and sun-dried tomatoes.

  3. Use spatula to fold into an omelette.

  4. Spread mayonnaise onto bread and spread baby spinach on top.

  5. Place omelette on top and enjoy!
