Recipe Ingredients for Uzbek Vegetables

2 tsp margarine, tub
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb carrots, sliced
1 3/4 cup tomatoes, diced, canned

Recipe Directions for Uzbek Vegetables

Cook the onion in the margarine until it starts to brown. Add the carrots and saute until they start to tenderize. Add the tomatoes and spices, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
