This is the usual side dish I prepare. Depending on what I buy at the grocey store, I sometimes add cut piece of zucchini and carrots also.

Recipe Ingredients for Usual Sauteed Side

1 medium onion diced
3 medium potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 lb fresh green beans

Recipe Directions for Usual Sauteed Side

  1. Dice the medium onion and cut the potatoes into thin slices.

  2. Snap the ends of the green beans

  3. Heat the olive oil in a sautee pan

  4. Add the onion, potatoes, and green beans. Sprinkle the garlic and onion powder.

  5. Allow to cook for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are thoroughly cooked.
