Recipe Ingredients for Use Your Noodle Casserole

4 tablespoon Butter
4 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Milk
1 cup Cooked Ham, cubed
1 cup Cooked Chicken, cubed
2 cups Wide Egg Noodles, prepared
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Recipe Directions for Use Your Noodle Casserole

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat; stir in flour and heat until bubbly. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and smooth.

  2. Remove from heat; stir in ham, chicken, noodles, celery, salt and pepper.

  3. Transfer to an ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 400* for 15 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
