Recipe Ingredients for Upside Down Rhbarb Pie

2 cup Rhubarb, cooked without salt or sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup wheat flour, whole grain
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Upside Down Rhbarb Pie

  1. Cook raw rhubarb with a little water then place in the bottom of a tin.

  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the top.

  3. Bake in 175 C (350 F) oven for 40 minutes.
