12 oz lean ground beef
1/4 cup mozzarella
3/4 cup heart smart bisquick
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tbsp skim milk
3 tbsp egg whites

Recipe Directions for Upside Down Pizza

  1. - preheat oven 400

  2. - brown hamburger

  3. - spray baking dish

  4. - 1c sauce, meat, 1c sauce, cheese then bisquick mixture

  5. - can do 8 oz ground beef and 2 oz turkey pepperoni

  6. - bake 25-30 min
