Upma with onions, tomato and bell peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Upma

1 cup Semolina, Enriched
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Sunflower, Oleic (70% And Over)
5 tbsp chopped Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Upma

Heat oil, add asafoetida, fry onions, bell peppers and tomatoes, add 2.5 cups of water, when its boiling add the semolina and cook until its done.
