Recipe Ingredients for Upma - Cracked Wheat (Bulgur)

1 1/2 cup cracked wheat
3 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 oz green chillies, chopped
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp black gram
2 1/2 cup water
2 tsp coconut meat

Recipe Directions for Upma - Cracked Wheat (Bulgur)

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, when it pops add black gram. When it is golden brown, add green chillies. Add water and salt to boil. Add cracked wheat and mix it for 10 mintues in low heat. Finally, add coconut and mix it well.
