Recipe Ingredients for Updated Baked Oatmeal

3/4 cup Apple sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Egg Whites
3 cups Oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
1 small apple
1/4 cup walnuts
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Updated Baked Oatmeal

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients

  2. Add Oats, baking Powder, salt and milk

  3. Mix thoroughly

  4. Fold in peeled, chopped apple and walnuts

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
