Recipe Ingredients for Unsweetened granola 2

4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 cup Bran Flakes
6 oz Walnuts
1 cup, hulled Sunflower Seed Kernels, Oil Roasted
8 oz Raw Wheat Germ
2 oz Flax Seeds
1 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1/2 cup Pitted Dates

Recipe Directions for Unsweetened granola 2

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Pour oil into 13x9 inch baking pan. Heat in the oven for 10 minutes, then stir in oats and bran flakes. Bake, stirring often for about 15 minutes. Stir in walnuts, sunflower seeds and wheat germ. Bake, stirring once or twice for 10 minutes. Stir in raisins and dates. Let cool and store in tightly sealed container. Granola will keep up to 5 days at room temp or up to 1 month in the refridgerator.
