Recipe Ingredients for Unstuffed Shells

8 serving Shells Pasta
5 cup Tomato Basil Marinara
1 3/4 cup Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
454 g Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 medium Egg, Whole
10 oz Spinach

Recipe Directions for Unstuffed Shells

Preheat oven to 350. Simmer sauce while pasta cooks. Drain pasta. Stir together ricotta, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, eggs, and spinach. Pour a layer of marinara in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Add pasta, spread cheese mixture over pasta, pour remaining marinara sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 45-50 minutes.
