Recipe Ingredients for Unstuffed Peppers

12 ounce 90% ground beef crumbles (23565) , net from 16 ounces fresh
28 oz spaghetti sauce (6931)
2 large green peppers
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. instant rice

Recipe Directions for Unstuffed Peppers

  1. Brown hamburger in skillet and drain off fat.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low.

  4. Cook covered for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
